WHAT DOES SATURDAY’S EVENT INCLUDE?
2018’s action is set to blow the minds of fans across the country with a triple-crown Supercross race format on Saturday November 24. Saturday’s racing will be the most jam-packed and full of action, than ever before. In a ‘Triple Header’ format, fans will see the best in the world, battle bar to bar, it’s literally three times the high-intensity racing action.

IS THE S-X OPEN AUCKLAND SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN?
Yes! The event is aimed at families and all keen action sports enthusiasts, there will be an array of activations and interactive displays aimed at all ages.
WHERE IS THE STADIUM ENTRY POINT/MEETING LOCATION?
Your bay, row and seat number can be found on your ticket. Entrants that arrive between 12pm – 3pm are all advised to enter Gate A for direct entry to the Pit Party activation zone, or they can enter via Gate C and walk around to Gate A. From 3pm onwards, please enter via the gate specified on your ticket.
DO CHILDREN GET IN FOR FREE?
Children under three (3) do get in for free, granted they sit on the same seat as the parent and NOT in the aisle (no additional seating will be provided).
DO YOU NEED A SPECIAL PASS TO GET INTO THE PIT PARTY?
No! The Pit Party is free for all ticket holders so get out there and soak up the wicked atmosphere! Autograph Signings commence from 1pm, so try and get there early.
WHERE AND WHEN CAN I COLLECT MY VIP AND ULTIMATE VIP BAG?
VIP bags will be available from the VIP bag collection point(s) within Western Stand and we advise bag collection for VIPs after the VIP Track Walk is being conducted from 12:05pm, so from approximately 12:30pm onwards. There will be Ultimate VIP bag collection point(s) for pick up at the Western Stand between 12:00pm and 5:00pm also.
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO GET TO MT SMART STADIUM?

CAN I TAKE PHOTOGRAPHS OR VIDEOS AT THE EVENT?
Yes, you can take photos and videos at the S-X Open Auckland for personal use only. Cameras and recording devices (for commercial purposes) including tripods are not permitted.
ARE THERE ANY PASS OUTS AT THE EVENT?
No, once you have scanned your ticket at the entry gates, you cannot leave and come back in.
WILL THERE BE FOOD AVAILABLE?
Food and beverage outlets are located throughout the stadium within close proximity to patron seating. Eftpos is available at most food and beverage outlets.
ARE BAGS ALLOWED IN THE VENUE DURING THE EVENT?
We encourage a ‘less is best’ approach, so please consider limiting the size of your bag to a small bag that can fit under your seat. Any bag larger than 350mm x 300mm x 400mm will not be permitted inside the venue.
IS THERE A BAG/COAT CHECK AVAILABLE?
Unfortunately, Mt Smart Stadium does not provide a bag or coat check. Any items such as prams, Umbrellas or any other prohibited items are to be left at home, or in your vehicle.
CAN I BUY MERCHANDISE AT THE EVENT?
Yes, a selection of awesome, specially designed merchandise will be available for purchase at the event at Mt Smart Stadium.
WHAT IF IT IS RAINING AT THE EVENT?
The event will still be held in the rain except in the case of severe thunderstorms, torrential rain and/or lightning. In this case a decision would be made on the day, ensuring rider and spectator safety is paramount.
If the track is still in a safe condition, the event will continue however timing is subject to change in order to ensure that the track is in a condition conducive to racing. As in all cases, rider and spectator safety is our first priority.
There is a reserve day on Sunday the 25th of November if the worst case were to happen and the event must be delayed due to unsafe conditions.
We highly recommend that you bring a waterproof jacket or raincoat if rain is predicted on the night as umbrellas are NOT permitted inside Mt Smart Stadium.
